Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe's (PACE) President Pedro Agramunt who was exposed to harsh criticism recently tells John Soros guilty is in the crisis that arise in PACE. Agramunt's press secretary aired this statement today.
He tells that behind all this mess Soros is, he pays money to Agramunt's rivals, he wishes to destroy PACE.
For information, yesterday Pedro Agramunt refused to step down despite of demands and vote of no confidence.
