I would like to remind the fact: on May 30 of 2013 Thea Tsulukiani was a head of the Georgian Public Prosecutor's Office. And accordingly she had a chance to abolish those decisions of previous head, which she disagree with. She could to change this decision on his release. The release was based (as if) on the absence of the proofs and in mediation of the Georgian Public Prosecutor's Office. As a result the criminal case was closed. The full responsibility for this fact lays on the being back then first person of the Prosecutor's Office Thea Tsulukiani, " - Kakhidze tells.
