Ian Kelly, US Ambassador to Georgia estimates positively the pre-elections campaign in Georgia.

"I would say this a very good campaign is. The environment very civilized despite the fact it started not long before," - Kelly tells in conversation with Rustavi 2 journalists.

He underlined once again the importance of free and democratic elections in Georgia. He tells in connection with Rustavi 2 that USA is interested the elections to be conducted fairly. "The results of the elections is to be legitimate and expressing the will of people. Only this way the Georgia's democracy will be strengthened. And the important element of any elections accessibility to the media for political parties and politician is, "- Kelly tells.

"That's why we wish the broadcaster to stay in the air alongside with the present management. In this sensitive period a change of the editorial management and owners would be very negative."
