Today Georgian President visited the Poti port. The President discussed the infrastructure development of the town and the future plans.
Georgia has very rich neighbors, which have a gas and oil, but Georgia has such things which no country in the region has. We have the lower taxes, no country in the region is among the 40 countries of business climate, but we are on the 11 place of the business climate, "- Georgian President said.
He said that in Poti except of the port, the airport will be constructed; the seaside line is developing in Anaklia. In the future the new port in Anaklia may be constructed. Moreover Saakashvili said that the Kulevi oil terminal is very important and Mestia as well. As Mestia is a very important touristic place. This is a mountain resort of Olympic parameters.
"In the future the Poti airport will receive the charter air flights to receive tourists from different foreign countries. I hope that for the next year in Georgia 10 mn tourists will arrive, " - Saakashvili said.
