Georgian hostage, Malkhaz Kordzaia has returned to his home in Tbilisi after the 20-month captivity of the Abkhazian puppet regime thanks to the interference of EU Special Representative to South Caucasus, Peter Semneby in the negotiations. Kordzaia was detained and charged with illegal crossing of `border border` and keeping unlicensed arms.

Georgian government has thanked the EU senior official and all other persons, who were involved in the negotiations with the occupant regime for help.

The EU mission in Georgia is holding negotiations regarding the release of another ethnic Georgia, Tatu Shonia, who has been serving his sentence in the Drandi prison, Sokhumi, since last year.
