Gia Natsvlishvili, Georgian National Olympic Committee President addressed to Peter Moro, Director of Department of relations with European Olympic Committee of the International Olympic Committee and to Urs Lacost,  Director General of International Olympic Committee with a letter concerning the case of Georgian luger Nodar Kumaritshvili.
"We would like to express once more our respect towards you for support and attention. The Canadian TV channel broadcasted sensational news about safety questions on the luger tracks. You can see the current link on this matter:

By the Georgian National Olympic Committee the investigation was carried out, it is in total different to the conclusion made by International Lugar Federation. We would like you to pay attention to some secret correspondence that exist on this question - a  discussion between the Organizational Committee and the Luger International Federation. The safety of tracks were disused in that correspondence and in the information given by Canadian television. The information was widely disseminated over the above mentioned link.

Particularly the VANC in March of 2009 get the copy of a letter from FIL that describes a fear of designers for the speed on the tracks. The information published on the web page contains citing of official person's on this matter. The details published invoked that Georgia reacted angrily on Tuesday to allegations that organizers of the Vancouver Winter Olympics knew in advance about potential dangers on a track where a Georgian luger was killed.
