Today on February 3 in the Tbilisi City Court will be a court hearing of Leli Iashvili against Kakha Kukava, "Conservator's" leader.

Leli Iashvili demands an apologizes and compensation for moral damages in 20 000 GEL.

Iashvili said that on January 15 of 2009 during the opposition protest action ending, on the Rustaveli avenue the quarrel happen between the by-passers and the participant of the protest action. During this incident Kakha Kukava assaulted her.
