The "Commersant" - Russian newspaper published details of new agreement of Russia and Abkhazia. "Bagapsh granted the exclusive right to Russian citizens to buy the land and real estate in the occupied region . By now the only owner of the realty in Abkhazia could be only so-called Abkhazian citizen, "- the newspaper reads. Newspaper noted that this decision in Sukhumi was taken under the pressure from Moscow. "Sergey Lavrov, "number one" diplomat of Russian Federation was irritated by the deprivation of property from Russian citizens in Abkhazia and he sent a protest note to Sokhumi, " - "Commersant" reads.
