The European Court of Human Rights delivered a final judgment concerning the Khodorkovsky's case (former Yukos head). The verdict was announced in May this year, and the application for the review of the case was sent later.
The ECtHR refused to review the case again. The Court left unchanged the verdict according to which the Court found that the case against Khodorkovsky was not politically motivated.
According to the May judgment Khodorkovsky will get EUR 24.5 thousand from Russia for damages. Particularly, for inadequate length of detention and unbearable conditions in the prison.
