Debates on Russian parliamentary elections will be held at the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe (PACE) today.

Despite attempts of the Russian delegation to disrupt the debates the majority of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly decided to hold debates on Russian polls held on December 4.

Strasbourg has criticized Moscow over the elections case.
