The Festivals of Marinade and Jam is held in regions under support of “Tourism National Administration”

After Bakhmaro the "Festival of Marinade and Jam" of Marneuli Food Factory was held yesterday in Batumi Park of Miracles. There were organized corners of marinade and jam where guests had opportunity to taste marinade and jams of "Marneuli Food Factory" made from Georgian natural product. The production was sold with special price on the festival. The guests were entertained by the animators and street actors; folk ensemble "Modzakhili" represented its art to the guests.
The festival first was held in Tbilisi on 2013 "Tbilisoba". This year the festival has begun in village Bakhmaro of Chokjatauri region. The festival was coincided with traditional horse riding. The participants of horse riding, guests of Bakhmaro, representatives of local government and sport society participated in festival. Festival will be held in 10 big cities of Georgia: September 6 the festival will host Akhaltsikhe, September 7 -Gori, September 13 Ozurgeti, September 14 Zugdidi, September 20 Samtredia, September 21 Kutaisi, September 27 Gurjaani, Septemebr 28 Telavi. The festival traditionally will end in Tbilisi on "Tbilisoba" holiday.
Together with local governments "Marneuli Food Factory" "Marinade and Jam Festivals" are organized by National Tourism Administration. The festival that aims popularization of local production also is very important event in the direction of internal tourism and regional development.
