Polish delegation handed over firefighting equipment to MIA Emergency Situations Management Department

In order to make additional equipment of the MIA Emergency Situations Management Department received firefighting equipment from Firefighting Main School of Warsaw. The handover event was held at rescue training and response base of MIA Emergency Situations Management Department, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The event was attended by the director of Emergency Situations Management Department Zviad Katsashvili, his deputies Giorgi Gazdeliani and Teimuraz Kordzaia, Embassador of Poland to Georgia, director of Firefighting Main School of Warsaw and other representatives of the mentioned school.
Polish delegation handed over special equipment to the Georgian side. The document confirming the handover of equipment was signed from Georgian side by director of Emergency Situations Management Department Zviad Katsashvili and director of Firefighting Main School of Warsaw. The mentioned firefighting equipment will provide better security ad will be more effective in ensuring citizens safety.
