After today's incident in Parliament when Emzar Kvitsiani threw a glass of water to Giga Bokeria, Kvitsiani appologised publicly.
At the same time he explained his affectionate state with the fact that Giga Bokeria has had her sister imprisoned for 2 years unfairly. Such actions of the government can push people to revenge, Kvitsiani believes. He warned to refrain from incitement of people and restore the Justice.
