It is not excluded that this happened on the ground of the confrontation that now happens in Moscow on the ethnical ground. This should be instigated firstly. We cannot say this at was committed by Chechens as last period the confrontation happen with them in Moscow, "- Khutsishvili said. He said in Russia group of people are who try to provoke a destabilization in the country.
