"I am interested what problems do exist for today in business. It is important that any businessmen, regardless of his business union membership has to have an opportunity to inform us about those problems that are painful for him. The special communication possibilities will be in full operation. We are working on the development of web page, but the hot line is already in operation. I will discuss these problems face-to-face with Prime Minister, Finance Minister and other ministers depending on the subject matter. The doors are open of any ministry for my Office. I can mediate for the administration or for the change of legislation, "- Business Ombudsmen said.
He noted that the main problem for businessmen is the relations with taxation offices. We will pay attention to the business administration: how the check is performed, are the reactions right and other questions. The main is that the check of the company would be performed properly. Some steps were taken in this direction. Nevertheless business circles are not satisfied. The main problem is that the tax inspections do not investigates the case properly. They are asking improper questions and afterwards this may became a subject for legal pleadings.
It would be better, if the business relations were established in such way, he underlined that in relations between government and business would be no need for Business Ombudsman.
The problems are starting from the Tax Code to the usual day-to-day problems.
