The Armenia company „Jermuk International" denied officially the fact of purchasing of shares from Iberia Refreshments. In this respect the Armenian company made a special statement and denied the information disseminated by media.
The declaration of the company disseminated today reads the Jermuk International states clearly it did not purchased the shares of Georgian shareholding company Iberia Refreshments and until on the Armenian territory will not be constructed the Pepsi producing manufacture the exclusive distributor of the Georgian Iberia Refreshments output will be Armenian Jermuk Internaitonal. The Jembuk Internaitonal performs this function since 2004. The declaration is signed by Vahan Galstian, the Jermuk International Financial Director.
In turn, the Georgian side denied this information, about selling of shares, slightly earlier. "It is regrettable that the information was disseminated by journalists in such a way that was not checked. The Iberia Refreshments declares no negotiations were held with Jermuk Internatioanl about selling of shares. "The Armenian company Jermuk Internaitonal is a partner company, which performs the distribution of output produced in Georgia on the Armenian territory since 2004," - the management of Iberia Refreshments declared.
The shareholders of the Iberia Refreshments are: IberiaGroup, Akhmed Abdula Al Shafar, Elsu and Georgian physical bodies.
