On his visit to Ukraine while talking about Russian-Georgian relations Giorgi Baramidze, Deputy Prime Minister Giorgi Baramidze noted that despite of the military aggression and the current occupation Georgia is open to talk with Russia without any preconditions.
"The occupation of Russia must be accomplished in a civilized way and the relations must be balanced between two countries, "- Baramidze said.
