First Georgian Wine Guide 2012 has emerged on Georgian market. The book was written and published by the president of Georgian Wine Club Malkhaz Kharbedia and it includes detailed information about the history of Georgian wine and the rules of its production. The bilingual guide is available for Georgian and English readers and it serves to promote Georgian wine abroad. The book was published within a joint project of the Wine Club and Hot Chocolate magazine.
`This is a book about the essence of Georgian wine, its past and present. Separate volumes are dedicated to the history of the product, how to make it, how to store and taste it. Separate volume is dedicated to combination of wine and dishes,` Malkhaz Kharbedia said at the presentation of the book held in the Tbilisi Marriot.
