The Chief Prosecutor's Office of Georgia in connection with the report of IDFI (The Institute for Development of Freedom of Information) disseminates information about salaries fund of the Office.
They are declaring the salaries for Prosecutors of high positions, as Prosecutor General, his first deputy and deputies are not increased and they are not given the increased salaries. The salaries fund increases as a result of the increased number of employees - for 188 people more than in previous years, having in view a huge backlog of pleadings and high demand for the investigation of raised number of cases with a high public interest, at the Prosecutor's Office.
