A representative of Bialastok University of Technology arrived in Georgia with a delegation of Polish artists. Members of the 'Group K9' visited Georgia as part of the project - ‘Her-story’ of Georgia
– The Women’s Painting Power“.
'Group K9' is a group of Polish women who have chosen Georgia to fulfil their artistic passion. They are going to visualize Georgian women - saints, kings and queens, actresses, singers and sportswomen because both Poland and Georgia greatly benefited from female strength built on Christian values. The paintings of Polish senior citizens and amatour painters are supposed to encourage those who feel neglected, disrespected or abused. Their inspiration comes from Georgian female iconic figures.
