Russia cannot veto the USA decision for dislocation of anti rocket systems in different countries.
Philippe Gordon, Deputy State Secretary said at the pres conference.
"There does not exist a right for veto for Russia or any other country against the USA decision for dislocation of air defense systems. The decision for dislocation of NATO defense system will be taken by NATO member countries. And the USA system will be decided by USA only. No country can veto this decision, "- Gordon said.
