Last night in Donetsk was very tense, the press service of the Donetsk City Council has reported.
According to the report, the Kyivsky, Kuibyshevsky, Leninsky and Petrovsky districts in the city came under intense shelling. Significant damage was done to residential buildings, infrastructure and communications.
"The situation in the city was not calm early on November 25. A shell hit shuttle bus No. 6a. According to preliminary reports, two people were killed, and eight were wounded," reads the report.
The situation remained tense as of 10.30. Six boiler houses were left without water and electricity supply because of the fighting. Forty-three buildings remain without heating. The work is currently underway to restore damaged water and energy supply systems in the city.
