The Ukrainian parliament on Thursday elected former Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman to the post of speaker, reports GHN based on RT.
He is the first to stand in for the president if the head of state is unable to fulfill his duties, Reuters said. Five parties formed a coalition in the new parliament, and with 302 deputies, it will form a constitutional majority, according to Groysman.
