President Vladimir Putin discussed bilateral relations and the situation in southeast Ukraine with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko via telephone, the Kremlin said on Thursday, reports GHN based on RT.
The call on Wednesday evening was on Ukraine's initiative. Violence in east Ukraine is continuing despite a ceasefire agreement signed in September.
