Georgian parliament will approve the new candidates for ministers on Friday. As per the Parliament's rules, the support of the majority is needed for ratification of the government.
If the Parliament doesn't support the new government, the President will have to present the same or new government within a week.
According to the recent replacements in the government, the Ministry of Economics and Steady Development will be headed by Vera Kobalia. She will replace Zurab Pololikashvili on the post. Davit Tkeshelashvili, State Minister of Regional Management and Infrastructure, will be replaced by Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Chairman of the Roads Department. The new Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sport will be headed by Shida Karlti Governor Lado Vardzelashvili.
As reported, the parliamentary minority will support neither the new candidates, nor the government`s program.
