National Movement doesn't share the recommendations of the President. As the member of National Movement Sergo Ratiani states on plenary session there is no sense of veto of the President if so called black box will remain in MIA, reports GHN.
"The main pretension towards the draft of the law of Beselia-Popkhadze-Sesiashvili was that so called black box, which contains all the information, remains in MIA and there is no sense of veto if this main principle is not changed," stated Ratiani on plenary session.
We remind that the draft of the law of Beselia-Popkhadze-Sesiashvili was adopted with 73 votes on plenary session. 30 deputies voted against. The fraction "Free Democrats" and Tinatin Khidasheli "Republicans" didn't take part in the discussion of the draft of the law. They left the plenary session expressing their protest. According to existed draft of the law there will be used so called two key system where so called one key will remain in MIA and another will be handed to Personal Data Protection Inspector. Yesterday the President vetoed the draft of the law concerning intercepting and presented to the deputies alternative conception. According to this conception the main organ which will implement intercepting will be MIA however it strengthens the role of the court. Personal Data Protection Inspector will have the function of supervision.
