82 for and 13 against, the deputies overrode the veto of the President concerning so called intercepting. We remind that the Parliament adopted the draft of the law of Beselia-Popkhadze-Sesiashvili on plenary session with 73 votes. 30 deputies voted against, reports GHN.
The fraction "Free Democrats" and Tinatin Khidasheli "Republicans" didn't take part in the discussion of the draft of the law. They left the plenary session expressing their protest. According to existed draft of the law there will be used so called two key system where so called one key will remain in MIA and another will be handed to Personal Data Protection Inspector. Yesterday the President vetoed the draft of the law concerning intercepting and presented to the deputies alternative conception. According to this conception the main organ which will implement intercepting will be MIA however it strengthens the role of the court. Personal Data Protection Inspector will have the function of supervision.
