Inhabited areas in Luhansk region, controlled by the Ukrainian power, again got under concentrated fire from heavy artillery of pro-Russian terrorists, reports GHN based on Ukrinform.
Spokesman of the NSDC Information-Analytical Center Andriy Lysenko told a briefing.
"The following settlements got under fire of terrorists from heavy artillery, mortars and Grad rocket launchers: Sokilnyky, Krymske, Donetky, Triokhizbenka, Stanytsia Luhanska, Toshkivka, Novoshtokivka, Myrna Dolyna," Lysenko said.
According to him, terrorists caused substantial damage to infrastructure, housing sector and administrative buildings.
The Spokesman noted that the most difficult situation, as before, is in Stanytsia Luhanska. "The town was shelled by militants with heavy artillery and mortars. Also, the gas pipeline is damaged in Zaliznychna Street, currently, repair works are underway there. Partially, Stanytsia Luhanska, as well as settlements of Vilkhove, Bolotne, Malynove and Vilkhivsky suburban neighborhood remain without electricity," he added.
In addition, without electricity are the villages of Kalynovo-Borshchuvate and Novooleksandrivka, Popasniansky district, and without gas - Triokhizbenka and Chornukhyne.
