Hungarian Parliament ratified Association Agreement of Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova with European Union. On December 5, with the signing of the President of Hungary Janos Ader the ratified agreements went into force. With the way of ratification of the Association Agreement on yearly stage the government of Hungary showed how big importance I gives to the program of Eastern partnership, European choice of Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine and also support of integration into European Union, reports GHN.
"We welcome important progress achieved in political, economics and institutional relations with European Union and effort and implemented reforms by Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia, that became possible the signing of Association Agreement on June 27. These agreements are new stage in our relations and expresses our readiness to develop close and strong relations based on common values, also to provide with democratic principles, rule of law, good governing, respect of human rights (among them of minorities) and fundamental freedom. These agreements include provisions for a deep and comprehensive free trade area and offers to the partners large program to get closer to norms of European Union and will help them to impellent reforms.
We are sure that implementation of Association Agreement not only will help our partners on the European Way but also will support national consolidation and social unity, also maintaining of own sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence," there is said in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary.
