The Border Policemen from the Operative-investigation Main Office of the MIA Border Police of Georgia carried out special operative-investigation measures and detained two citizens of Georgia, Vakhtang P. (DoB 1990) and Ineza D (DoB 1971) with fraud charges, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The investigation has established that the suspects had used demographic data of various persons, had filed electronic forms and had took into possession money of different financial organizations though deception for the purpose of illegal appropriation.
Investigation is ongoing on the above-mentioned fact according to the Criminal Code of Georgia, Article 180, Part II, Subparagraph B.
