Lia Mukhashavria graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili State Uiversity, Juridical Faculty and Temple Law School in Philadelphia and was awarded a master's degree in human rights (1994-1995), in 1995-1999 she graduated from Frankfurt Banking Academy. Now she is head of nongovernmental organization "Priority of Human Rights".
