The Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili received thank you note from Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, reports GHN.
In the letter Steinmeier thanks the Prime Minister for hospitality and marks that his visit indicates on the friendly relations of Georgia and Germany.
"Dear Prime Minister, I want to thank you cordially because of our intensive conversation while my visit in Tbilisi. This visit was expression of flawless friendly relations between our countries and for me personally was very useful.
Besides your estimation concerning the situation of Eastern Ukraine, especially in the economics of Russia and the government of Ukraine was very interesting for me and helped me to estimate situation during next weeks.
For me was important exactly during this period one more time to express solidarity towards your country. I am thankful that expression of this solidarity was received with such kind of satisfaction. While talking with you for me became clear one more time importance of our bilateral relations, that's why as soon as I returned I asked my collaborators to use more enthusiastic approach to the issue of economic cooperation between our countries ", - there is said in the letter of Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany states that in future he will spare no effort to develop political, economic and cultural ties with Georgia in the frame of European Union and expresses hope that upcoming years will give new impulses to the relations between two countries.
