The expert Soso Tsiskarishvili considers the issue of release of the former envoy Emzar Kvitsiani who is accused in the coup as late action. As Tsiskarishvili stated in "Prime Time" press club while talking with journalists the government with this decision avoided one more mine.
"There was no reason to sentence Emzar Kvitsiani for 12 years. The government avoided one more mine with the process of Kvitsiani. This is late action of course, but it is better late than never, because with this decision government avoided one more wave of the protest," states Tsiskarishvili.
