The speaker of the Parliament Davit Usufashvili responded to the opening of the case of Iuri Vazagashvili and marked that it is national shame that accused person in murder is policeman, reports GHN.
"The policeman who fights against criminal we want to be educated and with respect to the freedom, who loves freedom. This is policeman that we want to see and not to see any more the national shame that we heard yesterday. Investigation is in process, I don't want to say something in advance but if everything will be confirmed it will be national shame and not only shame of one person," stated Davit Usupashvili.
We remind that yesterday the Prosecutor's Office opened the case of murder of Iuri Vazagashvili and arrested policeman Gia Sosanashvili.
Iuri Vazagashvili was found dead on the grave of his son Zurab Vazagashvili on January 20. He died as a result of explosion. Concerning the fact the main Prosecutor's Office begun investigation under 109st article of the criminal code that means premeditated murder in aggravating circumstances.
Iuri Vazagashvili during years was asking investigation of his son Zurab Vazagashvili who died as a result of the special operation in 2006.
