In the capital of Belarus Minsk already 14 hours are going on negotiations between the leaders of Ukraine, Germany, France and Russia, reports GHN.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin wrote on "Twitter" that there are many things to be said on negotiations, however it is early yet to talk about.
"Already 14 hours are going on negotiations. Several members of delegation sleep here. But ours are - super! There will be a lot to say, but we will talk about later," writes Klimkin.
We remind that the President of Russian Federation stated that Russian militants don't fight in Eastern Ukraine.
He also demanded new dividing line and to cancel financial and economic blockade on the territories that are captured by separatists.
With the information of Associated Press there are unveiled four main issues:
1) Dividing line. The Ukraine demands to maintain dividing line in the frame of September agreement. Russia demands new dividing line that will allow terrorists to keep captured territories.
2) Withdrawal of Russian militants and techniques from the territory of Ukraine. Russia states that Russian militants don't fight in Ukraine and that also is not acting military technique.
3) Control of the border. Ukraine demands to restore its control of the border, Russia states that terrorists should implement partly control.
4) Broad autonomy of occupied territories by terrorists. Ukraine states that it is ready to give broad autonomy to the regions, however Russia demands guarantees and cancelling of financial sanctions.
