A 2-day conference on topic of "Local and Regional Development in Europe" will open at Sheraton Metechi Hotel in Batumi, administrative capital of Georgia's Adjara region, today.
The conference is organized by Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure with support of the Council of Europe. About 150 delegates representing 15 countries will participate in the conference.
Discussions will be held on various topics, and experts will share with their experience with Georgian colleagues in local and regional development sphere.
