France yet refuses to hand aircraft carrier "Mistrals" to Russia. About this states the President of France François Hollande after the end of Brussels summit, reports GHN.
As he said Paris will wait for the fulfillment of taken obligations by Russia according to Minsk agreement and will only make decision after this.
French side had to hand "Mistral" type military ships to Russia at the end of the previous year however because of the events developed in Donbas the deal failed.
