Russia is a guarantee of Minsk agreement but not performer. About this stated the press speaker of the President of Russia Dimitri Peskov, reports GHN.
"Russia is side which for the regularization of the crisis should perform some actions. It is impossible to do physically, because Russia is not participant of conflict. Russia is a country who called on the participant sides to take complex measures of conflict for regularization of conflict, but Russia will not take these measures," stated Peskov.
