The press speaker of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Davit Kereselidze doesn't see anything strange that the ambassador of Ukraine Vasil Tsibeko was called in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and calls on the society not to create stir about, reports GHN.
As Kereselidze stated on the traditional briefing on Monday nothing can impede to the partnership and kind neighborhood with Ukraine.
"Don't create stir because it doesn't happen for the first time. One more time I confirm that Ukraine is our strategic partner. This is very important country to which we have and will have friendly relations. Ukraine is in very tough situation, because being with Ukraine and its support is the first duty. Whatever will happen nothing will impede to partnership and king neighborhood relations," stated Kereselidze.
We remind that ambassador of Ukraine Vasili Tsibenko was called in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs because of the appointment of Mikheil Saakashvili as the chairman of the council of advisors. As GHN was informed in the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the ambassador is called next week in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, however they don't state clear date.
