In occupied Abkhazia there will be changed internal passports this year and together with this there will begin issue of the certificate of the "right of the residence", reports GHN.
About this stated the Vice Premier of occupied Abkhazia Shamil Adzinba.
The passport of the "citizen of Abkhazia" will be green and the certificate that proves the "right of residence" will be red.
With the statement of Shamil Adzinba the government hopes that the process of changing of the passports will end at the end of 2016.
