The separatists of Lugansk De Facto Republic and Kazak armed formations are against each other. About this informs Ukrainian media.
The reason for controversy is the fuel brought in Eastern Ukraine from Russia. Lugansk leaders asked to Kazaks to hand the part of the fuel to De Facto Republic, Kazaks categorically refused. Because of this on oil storage was implemented the act of sabotage several times.
