Today is became clear the former Mayor of Tbilisi City Hall Gigi Ugulava will leave the prison on the motion of the lawyer or not, for decision making the court asked two day terms on February 16, reports GHN.
The motion of the lawyers takes into account change of the preventive measure for the former Mayor of City Hall with bail. The discussion of the court is marked at 13:00. As Ugulava said if he will be released in several days he will be back to prison, however Ugulava explained that he wants to leave prison anyway to explain everything to children.
