"The initiative that was released by the Prime Minister till the end of 2008 is establishment of preferential terms for the objects that means that if there is object on which is issued the permission of the construction till 2008 and till today is ended, for this kind type of construction is set appointment of concessions in terms of taxes. This will provoke the fact that the construction of many such kind of object will be renewed and many objects can have the partner, which will end this kind of type of construction, that for sure will be beneficial for the sector of construction Business renewal," states Giorgi Kvirikashvili.
With the statement of the Minister the initiative is systemic and it was not discussed on the level of concrete companies. "In the frame of the companies it is not discussed. There are many companies which have such kind of problems and we systematically estimate the problem. In the economic council there was discussed and was taken the positive decision. We consider that these companies have no other way," states the Minister of Economics and Sustainable Development.
We remind that the new initiative was released on the meeting of the government by the Prime Minister who explained that the financial crisis of 2008 and war of August made negative influence on construction that impeded development of construction field," marked the Premier.
