The chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, Davit Usupashvili, together with the chairman of the committee of foreign relations of the Parliament, the member of the fraction "Georgian Dream" Tedo Jafaridze pays one week visit to the United States of America, reports GHN.
The first official meeting Davit Usupashvili and Tedo Japaridze will hold with the assistant of the State Secretary of US Victoria Nuland. In the frame of the visit will be held meetings with senators and congressmen. There are alos planned meetings and speeches in Georgetown University, with the former President of the World Bank, Mr. Bob B. Zoellick, with the President of international organization "Freedom House" Mr. Mark Lagon, with the President of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Foundation Mr. William Burns, with the delegation of Atlantic Council, with the President of Brookings Institution Strobe Talbott and the President of "National Endowment for Democracy" Carl Gershman. In Atlantic Council the chairman of the Parliament will have public lecture and in the fund "National Endowment for Democracy" he will participate in the round table.
