The Court of Appeal didn't satisfy the complaint of the government and the Ministry of Culture and left into force the decision of the Civil,Court according to which the Ministry of Culture was ordered to review the decision about canceling the status of historical monument of Sakdrisi-Kachagiani, reports GHN.
We remind that with the decision of Civil Court the order of the Minister of Culture of July 5, 2013 was cancelled partly about cancelling the status of the historical monument to Sakdrisi. The Ministry was also is obliges to discuss the isse according to the legislation.
