For the monitoring of the cease fire regime the observers of OSCE have to have more possibilities. About this stated the Secretary General of NATO Jens Stoltenberg, reports GHN.
"OSCE observers have to have access not only on border but also on those regions from where in implemented the withdrawal of armor. Besides it should be provided their security. The monitoring is not enough. The regime of truce to be long term the monitoring should be improved," stated Stoltenberg.
