As a result of cooperation between Ankara and Tbilisi Bureaus of Interpol, the officers of investigation-operative main division of the Border Police detained Turkish citizen Jemal I. (DoB 1982)- wanted by Turkish Interpol, reports GHN based on the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Jemal I. was wanted from May 2, 2013 for armed robbery and illegal restriction of freedom. He was convicted by Unie regional court for 17 years and 25 months of imprisonment.
At this moment pre-extradition procedures are underway in order to transport Jemal I. on the territory of Turkey.
