The collaborators of the detective division of the Tbilisi main
division, division of Old Tbilisi and the Imereti main division of patrol police
department as a result of common operative-investigative events arrested
resident of the village Makvaneti of Ozurgeti region born in 1996 Lasha.O who
is accused in murder, reports GHN.
Investigation determined that the accused person on the
basis of controversy from gun shoot dead his stepfather – born in 1976 Vakhtang
J. and hid from the place of the crime. The police arrested Lasha O. in several
hours after crime in the village Khevi of Kharagauli region. The gun from which
the murder was committed was seized.
The investigation is going on on the
fact of premeditated murder and illegal keeping (under the 108th and
236th articles of the criminal code of Georgia.)
