"This is disrespect towards whole society," stated the member of "Free Democrats" Zurab Abashidze while estimating the fail of holding the extraordinary session of the Parliament. As Abashidze marked while talking with journalists the government was not ready to represent the plan of solving economic crisis, reports GHN.
"We are listening from government only the statements about tightening of the belts. The economic group of the country thinks that people are living in the country in wealth, however this is absurd," stated Zurab Abashidze.
The extraordinary session failed because of lack of quorum.
On the extraordinary session at 12:00 attended only 31 deputies. This number is not enough to begin the session and there is need for 76 deputies.
The deputies passed re-registration after ten minutes however in the hall there were only 34 deputies. The re-registration took place after 45 minutes, where there were 40 deputies. On the extraordinary session the deputies had to discuss the economic situation in the country.
