The writers and poets visited IV Mechanized Brigade of the Georgian Armed Forces. Shorena lebanidze, Beka Akhalaia, Marusa Mamaladze, Zviad Kvaratskhelia, Gvanca Jobava, Teona Dolenjashvili, Irakli Shamatava, Maka Ldokoneni, Keti Shengelaia, Lela Tsutskiridze and Mariam Tsiklauri presented their own compositions to the soldiers.
In the frame of the "Alive Books", writers read poems and stories for the servicemen. After the meeting writers presented books and poetry to IV Mechanized Brigade.
Project "Alive Books" is conducted within the memorandum concluded between MoD and Ministry of Culture and Monuments Protection of Georgia in November. First meeting between modern Georgian writers and soldiers was organized on November 7 at NCO Center.
